2. Everything is right, why can't I find information about my parcel?
Usually, the information will not be updated by the shipping company in time. Please track your parcel after 3-5 days from your order shipped date.
3. What should I do if I do not get the parcel after a long time?
If you have yet to receive your parcel 30 days after the shipping date, please Email to us: service@bassdash.com we will help you to track the parcel.
Return & Refund
We hope you like what you purchased! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items, below is the return process you may want to know:
Return & Exchange:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of the receipt date. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the receipt date. But we are not responsible for the shipping fee to return the package unless the item is found to be damaged due to our fault. In the case of exchanges (e.g. size changes), we will pay once for the postage of your replacement back to you. In this way we are, in effect sharing the cost of postage with you for your exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please note: (a) Items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Cancellation Window:
You may request to cancel your order as long as the request is submitted before the order enters the "Processing" status. If we receive your cancellation request while the order is still in the "Pending" or "Confirmed" state, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has moved into the "Processing" stage, we are unable to cancel it because it has already been assigned to our warehouse team for packing and shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Or Lost Items:
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Support Team by email at service@bassdash.com within seven calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment.
If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team by email at service@bassdash.com as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.
Refund:
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order within 5 business days after the refund is submitted.
We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because they are non-refundable.

These shoes are great and super comfy! Originally bought them for a trip to Ireland (because it's always wet there). My feet were not only dry but not sore! I have since worn them to Alaska, and again my feet were dry and comfy! I were a 6 1/2 usually and Originally bought a 7, but those were too big and easy to return for a size 6! Those are a perfect fit!

Size 7 fits perfect��These are even better than I expected!!Do a lot of dog walking on the trails here in lower mainland, so there is a LOT of mud and puddles as you can imagine. These are not only adorable, they are super comfy and the removable insole means I can wear my orthotics with them!My feet have gotten a lot wider with age and these have PLENTY of space with my orthotics and big comfy socks!!
These boots are so cute! I wear them to the bus stop, out for errands, and out in my yard. They are super comfortable and I was surprised at how much support/cushion they had. I get lots of compliments on them whenever I wear them. Definitely a must buy!

Super comfortable and definitely waterproof. The leopard with teal is a cute combo. You can tell by the design and comfort they are a high quality boot. Love they are a low shaft height as well! Easy to slide on and off with the little heel notch.
