- With TPU wind and waterproofing membrane as mid-layer, the jacket is windproof and water resistant which is enhanced with the water repellent finish on the surface of the fabric.
- The lightweight insulated jacket is reversible with breathable, water resistant knitted fleece on the safety blaze orange side and woven fabric layer in Bassdash patented camo on the other side.
- 8 pockets in total - 4 pockets on each reversible side: two horizontal zippered chest pockets, and two hand pockets.
- Full front zip closure with an SBS two-way zipper for easy on and off; Stand-up collar protects against wind and cold, and gives the fleece its traditional look.
- Breathing holes in armpit expel heat when you're working up a sweat; Regulation at the bottom can adjust the hem to fit your body and reduce heat loss on cold winter days; Thumb holes at the wrists secure the sleeves in place and provide extra coverage

1. Why can’t I track my parcel?

2. Everything is right, why can't I find information about my parcel?
Usually, the information will not be updated by the shipping company in time. Please track your parcel after 3-5 days from your order shipped date.
3. What should I do if I do not get the parcel after a long time?
If you have yet to receive your parcel 30 days after the shipping date, please Email to us: service@bassdash.com we will help you to track the parcel.
Return & Refund
We hope you like what you purchased! But just in case you are not 100% satisfied with the items, below is the return process you may want to know:
Return & Exchange:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Please note: (a) Items that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged; (b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged; (c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties, and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties, or accessories will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for the damage to items resulting from improper use, not in accordance with the listed directions or established practice.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Or Lost Items:
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy of that bill or receipt. Once received, please keep the original package, and please keep all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Support Team by email at service@bassdash.com within seven calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment.
If you believe an order has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Support Team by email at service@bassdash.com as soon as you believe that a shipment has been lost in transit.
Refund:
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order within 5 business days after the refund is submitted.
We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because they are non-refundable.
